The camera often renders Biden goofier than he really is. Many have speculated that because of this, and perhaps his experiences in the White House thus far, he hasn’t the heart or care to run for the 2016 Presidential spot. That a president of the United States, the ultimate national father figure, would choose to marry such a woman and think it was a good thing spelled doom for the traditional model of marriage-the one in which the wife stayed home, raised children, baked cookies and hosted tea parties.

The ad concludes: “Joe, run”. At best it’s becoming a farcical distraction that is beneath him. The clock is also ticking down to the first Democratic debate of this cycle, set for Tuesday in Las Vegas. The candidates who are in the race will be coping with a new level of intensity.

Yet the Biden deliberations continue to be a distraction on multiple levels. Yet he’s firmly supporting the Trans-Pacific Partnership, putting him at odds with most Democratic presidential candidates and jeopardizing his support from unions if he enters the race. Because if she loses to Bernie Sanders in Iowa or New Hampshire or both, I guarantee you, look at history of the Democratic Party, there’ll be panic. Biden is often said to have populist appeal to blue collar voters.
To better educate the public, Biden suggested that wealthy LGBT donors invest money into advertising campaigns created to inform people of the discrimination that LGBT individuals can face in 31 states – and why the Equality Act, a bill that would prohibit anti-LGBT discrimination, is necessary. Is there a lane for Biden somewhere in there? Where is the policy lane for Biden?
CBS News reports Biden could decide by next week if he will make another run for the White House. But at this point, every additional day that goes by makes his own viability that much less realistic.

As things sit right now, the answer, realistically speaking, is probably closer to no. While we await the formal release of Federal Election Commission filings of fundraising totals and cash on hand for the third quarter of 2015, the leading Democratic contenders have already let us know where they stand on the cash front. If he doesn’t, his supporters should stop wasting our time.

Such is the affection in which Biden is held, and the protective feelings that he fostered after his deep personal loss, that few Democrats were willing to talk openly about the Politico story or to debate whether Biden was exploiting his grief for political gain. The vice president urged the activists to spread the message of workplace discrimination – something he said most Americans don’t realize still exists.
