The House Committee on the Judiciary will look into charges that Planned Parenthood affiliates have criminally overcharged the government for Medicaid reimbursement.

“It is actually shocking that we, as a House of Representatives, have gotten to this point”, said Congressman Frank Pallone.

Planned Parenthood supporters may trumpet the claim that only three percent of all services is abortion, but this number is misleading. Critics have charged that no such video exists, but Fiorina maintains she has seen it.

After reviewing the matter again, factcheck.org reiterated its condemnation of Ms. Fiorina’s claim, in another detailed analysis titled: “doubling down on falsehood”.

The Planned Parenthood logo is pictured outside a clinic in Boston, Massachusetts, June 27, 2014. Period. Planned Parenthood does not sell the body parts of fetuses for profit.

Previously, Trump said he would “shut down the government” over Planned Parenthood.

Yet when asked specifically about the video, she’s never budged. “Now come the false attacks”.

“The undercover videos featuring senior-level officials admitting unethical and potentially illegal practices should be of great concern to every American”, she said.

The Congressional Budget Office reported that a permanent defunding of the organization would increase government spending by $130 million because funding that would have gone to Planned Parenthood for their services would be reallocated to other clinics performing the same services under Title X, and Medicaid funding would be provided to more births than the current amount of 45 percent. Essentially their agenda in my opinion is a war against women.

Nearly all Republicans oppose legislation that would increase wages for women by promoting pay equity for women.

Attorney General Leslie Rutledge said she was pleased Baker’s ruling was narrowly crafted to the three women.

Second, under cover of the uproar over the surreptitious videos, the Freedom Caucus called for an end to all funding for Planned Parenthood and the services it provides unless the organization agreed to stop providing all abortion services.

The National Abortion Federation had urged Judge Orrick to forbid Daleiden from providing the footage requested by Congress. However, Judge Orrick’s order, issued this afternoon, stated unequivocally that “Congress has the power to investigate, and it is not up to the courts to go beyond the narrow confines of determining that the committee’s inquiry is in its province”. Contrary to the beliefs of many Republicans, providing abortions is only a small aspect of what the organization offers to communities, accounting for only 3% of their services.

Abortion center employees at a Florida facility put up a sign outside their abortion clinic this week as pro-life people in Gainesville, Florida prayed outside that women considering abortions would change their minds. And what the Republicans are saying is that they want to go back.

An October 1 video release by Live Action highlighted those contradictions by juxtaposing statements indicating the abortion giant provides mammograms with Planned Parenthood president Cecile Richards’ admission before Congress that “we do not have mammogram machines at our health centers”.
