“I have chosen to relive this terrible and traumatic encounter to expose the truth of Bill Cosby’s dark secrets”, Goins told reporters. Goins insists she was given a date rape drug and ended up waking up to Cosby sucking her toe. For that reason, I offer this message to those fearless women: Your experience was just like mine and mine is like yours. We did not ask for these attacks.

Cosby has been deluged by sexual assault allegations from women across the nation whose claims trace decades of Cosby misconduct, according to the Los Angeles Times.

As for the legal case filed by Goins, Cosby’s counsel said that the allegation has no basis since the comedian says he was not at the Playboy mansion at the time the supposed assault took place.

Chloe Goins alleges that Cosby spiked her drink during a party at the mansion and she woke up in bed to find him behaving “indecently”.

Ms Goins, speaking outside LAPD headquarters, said of the dozens of women who have accused Cosby of sexually assaulting them, she is one of the few who can bring Cosby to justice. As per the lawsuit, Bill Cosby has touched the private part of the model while she was unconscious.

Goins is demanding more than $75,000 (£46,875) in damages for counts including mental anguish, loss of self-esteem and dignity.

Court records show three separate lawsuits were filed in Los Angeles federal court today against Cosby by Goins, representing herself.

Andrew Wyatt, a spokesman for Cosby, declined to comment. “There would be nothing stopping Allred from turning Mr. Cosby’s deposition transcript into a script for a future episode of her television series”. Eyewitness News reached out to Cosby’s attorney, Martin Singer, but did not hear back.
