On the demand of the PTI, the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) made a decision to deploy Rangers in the by-elections. Imran Khan added that PML-N’s Ayaz Sadiq had won the election against him through rigging and had not returned to the constituency afterwards. He said that PML-N candidate Ayaz Sadiq never did anything for the area.
Prime Minister Sharif further said that his government had created consensus on Operation Zarb-e-Azb, National Action Plan (NAP) and establishment of military courts. Hitting out at the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz government, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan said PML-N leader Shahid Khaqan Abbasi earned Rs 90 million by raising fairs of his airline during strike of PIA pilots.
He said that steps taken by the prime minister were yielding positive results, adding that completion of China-Pak Economic Corridor would bring development, economic prosperity and raise living standard of the people of all provinces. The former cricket captain said embezzlement of Rs980 billion was pointed out by the Auditor General of Pakistan in his report. He said that various power projects like Bhasha Dam and Dasu Dam will generate 9,000 mega watts of electricity after completion. “Aleem Khan was alleged of land-grabbing but entire PML-N is full of land-grabbers”, said Imran.
Criticizing Nawaz Sharif, Chairman PTI said that PM makes his cabinet members to attack him.
