Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vermont) drew an estimated crowd of 20,000 here on Saturday night, building on the momentum of a week during which he posted a quarterly fundraising total that nearly matched that of Hillary Rodham Clinton, his chief rival for the Democratic presidential nomination.

The local, grassroots organization supporting Sanders has about 2,000 members in Southern Arizona, about 5,400 statewide and is growing, she said. As a senator from New York, Clinton voted against the law in 2005 and, the official said, would lead an effort to repeal it if elected president.
Since then, Clinton has placed equal rights at the forefront of her campaign, in part a reflection of the growing political and financial strength of the gay community in Democratic politics.
Bernie Sanders to be our next president through his campaign website or various social media sites…an early endorsement for Clinton would be based only on advocacy by national and state leaders without membership input.
A rolling five-day Reuters/Ipsos poll dated September 29 found Clinton’s support within her party at 44 percent, compared to 28 percent for Sanders. Thats just flat wrong..
“I felt very strongly that I was going to vote for Obama whether he was going to be the candidate or not”.
Progress is not secure, Clinton said, “especially when you turn on the TV and you see a Republican candidate for president literally standing in the courthouse door in Kentucky, calling on people to join him in resisting the Supreme Court ruling….” Including those venues as “in the business” of selling firearms under federal regulation would require sellers at gun shows and online to conduct background checks on potential buyers.
