NYCC: “Agent Carter” Casts Madame Masque, Brings Back Dominic Cooper

In it, the duo stated that Dominick Cooper’s Howard Stark wouldn’t be back for the new season – meanwhile, Cooper could be seen behind them. Also joining the cast will be Wynn Everett, who eventually becomes Madame Masque; Currie Graham, who will play her husband; and Reggie Austin, who will play Dr. Jason Wilkes.

He tracked down an ancient parchment in the “Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” season three premiere in the hopes of finding a new lead, but the only thing he found out was that the monolith causes death. However, Gregg made sure to give an honest answer to questions about inhumans in “Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.”

Although no one from Agent Carter took the stage, Hayley Atwell (who plays Peggy Carter) and James D’Arcy (Edward Jarvis) delivered a whimsical message from the set in “sunny” Los Angeles – which happened to be a soundstage backdrop of a sunny scene. While the clip did not reveal much in terms of plot, it did capture roomful of laughs from the panel-goers.

Sadly, still missing from the cast lineup is Lyndsy Fonseca as Angie Martinelli. Understandably, the released footage doesn’t have the exclusive clips or Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Loeb thanked the fans and shared that, currently, the 50th episode of AoS is in production. Loeb than jokingly chimed in that those opinions were only those of Clark Gregg.

New faces, both friend and foe, will join the series, including the no-nonsense, highly-skilled and somewhat mysterious leader (Constance Zimmer) of the ATCU (Advanced Threat Containment Unit), her intimidating partner, Banks (Andrew Howard), Lash (Matthew Willig), a monstrous Inhuman whose loyalties remain ambiguous, and new Inhuman Joey (Juan Pablo Raba), who is struggling to harness his newfound abilities, among other surprising characters. What I like about what Marvel has done with our show is we explore a broader part of what’s going on in that stuff.

The funniest panel moment came when a fan asked if mutants might appear on AoS.

He said he grew up on comics, but never imagined seeing the X-Men in, “The copyright zone” but said that one day, he thinks it will all work out. Another great moment involves a couple of our characters in a bar, and a clever gag involving subtitles.

The episode also follows up on Fitz and Simmons’ reunion and Lincoln’s time on the run. Fitz’ way of dealing with that trauma makes for a really sweet moment.
