“I used to play all the games with Southampton but things have changed”.
“On the other hand, [it is also great to] watch him in action for Manchester United.”
Schweinsteiger’s injury could prove to be the most severe of the three, although Germany manager Joachim Low was quick to reveal that the doctor’s had told him that just rest was needed.
With competition from the likes of Michael Carrick and Bastian Schweinsteiger, Schneiderlin says he can cope with reduced playing time in comparison to his spell with former club Southampton.
David Meyler is backing himself to “get the better of” German legend Bastian Schweinsteiger if he is picked to start for the Republic of Ireland in Dublin.
United now sit third on 16 points, level with Arsenal in second, who beat them 3-0 prior to the worldwide break, and two adrift of leaders and arch-rivals Manchester City.
“We’ve seen Schweinsteiger at United”. Though, he was not risked, possibly on the request Manchester United’s management team.
“He’s always got the same good humour and the same desire to work”.
“A lot of players are very exhausted because of the accumulation of a lot of matches”. “I am sure he is looking forward to Sir Bobby presenting him with his golden boot”.

Schweinsteiger has been a key part of Louis van Gaal’s side since his £6.7m move to Manchester United from Bayern Munich in the summer transfer window.
