Microsoft has posted a photo and specs for a “Microsoft Display Dock” on its website that shows a somewhat different device than the one demonstrated at the Tuesday event.

Size aside, the two smartphones are similar. One improvement is the fact that Microsoft has developed a special Touch Chipset and the tablet has also a stylus and it can be connected to a physical keyboard.

Both models will be sold unlocked on the Microsoft store, but the company has not confirmed additional U.S. carrier support. The cheapest variant of the Surface Pro 4 with 128 GB of storage has a price of $899.99.

Amazon is offering the same Surface Pro 4 & Surface Book pre-order configurations to its shoppers as well.

This is thanks to the onboard i5 or i7 CPU (depending on buyer preference) which is twinned with up to 16GB of RAM and as much as a terabyte of SSD storage space.
