Christian football manager Jurgen Klopp takes over at Liverpool
Dalglish, the last manager to bring the league title to Anfield back in 1990 and a victor of six league titles and three European Cups with the Reds as a player, said: “I just heard Klopp’s press conference and he sounds very, very impressive”.

When Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho first arrived in England in 2004, he described himself as the “Special One” but there was no such self-confidence from Klopp.
“I am a normal guy from the Black Forest”, he added, expanding on the theme. “I’m the normal one”.
Jurgen Klopp has been named as Liverpool’s new manager.
Klopp accepts that the challenge of winning the Premier League is one of the greatest he will face but he insists his priority is to develop Liverpool’s winning mentality first.
The 48-year-old’s seven-year spell at Signal Iduna Park yielded two Bundesliga titles, a DFB-Pokal and a run to the 2013 Champions League final, where Dortmund were beaten by domestic rivals Bayern Munich.
Liverpool in a short statement published on their official website on Thursday night revealed that he will be unveiled at a press conference tomorrow.
“We did in Dortmund what we had to do to improve the players, to work together with them, to work for a common idea of play, that’s what we did, and that’s the same thing we want to do here”.
‘Full throttle with a big heart’.
“Liverpool has extraordinary supporters and Anfield is a world renowned home, with an incredible atmosphere”. I am 48 and most of the time in my life I had no money to take a holiday and then I had no time.
“I need the other people to get the flawless information and when we have this we will sign the player or sell a player”.
Klopp is expected to bring with him Bosnian Zeljko Buvac, his assistant both at Dortmund and Mainz before that, and coach Peter Krawietz. “I am prepared but of course this is absolutely insane what has happened”.
“We talked about this”.
Klopp’s contract is reported to be worth 5 million pounds per year, rising to 7 million pounds with bonuses.

However, the new Reds boss has already been speaking to the club’s in-house channel following his appointment, and Klopp outlined his desire to help Liverpool fans forget their problems for 90 minutes with good football.
