Shares of Samsung jumped considerably following news of the company’s earnings guidance, which pushed Samsung’s market capitalization by $13 billion. Still, this device might likely take the cake for the largest screen on a portable tablet. Hopefully that means Samsung can at least keep the price down as a result.

The chipset is expected to make its debut with Xiaomi’s Mi5 smartphone in November. But profit from its mobile division has weakened. The WSJ reports that the increase in profitability is not due to mobile but rather chips and displays.

Specific camera details aren’t listed unfortunately, although the leak does reveal that the device will have two image sensors of unknown resolution.

Last month, the pair unveiled the Galaxy Tab S2 Nook, a version of Samsung’s thinnest and lightest tablet to date.
