Karlos Williams, LeSean McCoy ruled out for Sunday, fantasy owners need backups
McCoy tried playing in the Dolphins game, but clearly wasn’t effective. He was limited in practice Friday. “He’s doing a great job”. McCoy called himself a “quick healer” and is aiming to get back before the team’s Week Eight bye, but realizes the injury needs to take its course.

For Watkins the calf, which he strained in Week 3 at Miami, feels good. Needless to say, the trade to acquire LeSean McCoy is not panning out as Buffalo had hoped for. Well I’m here to help you with my week five sleepers. However, as reported earlier, Aaron Williams will make his return after missing two games with a neck injury; he is listed as probable. That’s what it comes down to.
The Broncos (4-0) will go with the same O-line they had last week against Minnesota, with Harris moving from right tackle to the left edge to protect Peyton Manning’s blindside and Michael Schofield replacing Harris (see full story). It was a humid afternoon and the receiver felt he lost a lot of the hydration levels he had built up for the game over the course of the week. That being said, it doesn’t appear that Williams will miss much more time than this week.
“I think I made it worse”, McCoy said of his trying to play too soon.
“I don’t know if I’m going to play or not”, Watkins said Friday. “If I can’t then I’ll wait a week and be ready for next week”.
Buffalo Bills star running back LeSean McCoy elaborated Friday on the setback he suffered last month in his recovery from an ongoing hamstring injury, telling reporters that he has a Grade 2 pull and that the team told him it’s typically a three- to four-week injury. He has been ruled out for Sunday’s game.
“It’s all about how you feel, how you feel each day, with treatments and rehabs”, McCoy said.

McCoy also revealed the initial timetable he was given for his injury. Everybody’s body responds differently.
