Stafford wore blue Nike cleats in Monday night’s game that he said were the same as ones that both Ndamukong Suh and Reggie Bush wore at times previous year.

Stafford’s wife, Kelly, posted a text exchange with news of the fine on social media earlier this week, but quickly took down the post.
Ordered in tiers of Eliteness, some teams shifted up, some went down, some stayed right where they were. The injury, which seemed to occur in practice on August 24th, turned Detroit’s seemingly deep linebacking corps into a liability to start the season.
He practiced at full speed on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
With Levy out and Stephen Tulloch shaking off the rust in his own return from injury (a torn ACL suffered early last season), the Lions relied heavily on Travis Lewis, Josh Bynes and Tahir Whitehead through the first four games.
“Obviously anytime you have a guy that has the kind of experience that he’s had, and the fine play he’s had through the years, that’s certainly a huge difference”, Caldwell said. “Every year is different, but he adds a boost to us and he’s a guy that, in the run and pass, can be a factor in the game”.
Stafford finished the game 20 of 32 for 188 yards, one touchdown pass and a trio of picks.
DeAndre Levy is going to make his season debut Sunday against the Arizona Cardinals.
Other captains will be Theo Riddick and Riley Reiff.
Still out were tight end Eric Ebron, defensive tackle Haloti Ngata and running back Joique Bell.

Caldwell said he doesn’t wonder what would have been had Levy been healthy and available the first month of the season.
