Ready for talks with India without pre-conditions
To a separate query on whether Pakistan had asked India for a meeting between the two foreign ministers along with the meeting of their NSAs as was proposed by India on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly, the Spokesperson said, “Yes”.

Addressing a function here and later replying to questions from the gathering, Kasuri said, “We should not allow ourselves to be hostage to those who do not want peace”.
He said that cultural exchanges were vital for the improvement of relations between the two countries.
In his 850-page book, Kasuri details the contours of what he stated the possible settlement of Kashmir issue which he said included its demilitarisation, self-governance and setting up of a joint mechanism through which people on both the sides can cooperate with each other.
Meanwhile, Mohajirs in United Kingdom and USA have grown increasingly restive over the past few months in the face of the crackdown on the MQM in its Karachi stronghold by the Pakistani Rangers, a para-military force seen as part of the Punjabi establishment. No problem can be solved by war. This would be a fallacy if one expects that the hawkish Modi government would come to the negotiations table. “And the space for them will shrink”, he said.
Pakistan and India had a long history of fighting, and slaughter which started in August 1947. Pakistan and India have not really worked out their differences. Sometimes, politicians do not set the agenda, it’s the media…
He further claimed that a source familiar with the talks said Pakistan had been asked to consider what were described as “brackets”.
New Delhi’s proposal to Islamabad for the meeting was meant to return to the roadmap of engagement the prime ministers of the two countries had agreed upon at Ufa in Russian Federation on July 10.
The spokesman also expressed regrets that Pakistani artists were receiving threats in India.
However, the fact remains that in the case of Kashmiris separatists, U.S. law enforcement agencies have established a money trail of Pakistani government funding. We can’t take it away from you and you can’t take away from us what we have.
“There has been lot of negative statements happening on both sides”. Pakistan is the only Muslim country having nuclear power in the world, he said.
“We encourage efforts to strengthen safety and security measures and continue to hold regular discussions with Pakistan on a range of global issues, including nuclear security, counter terrorism, and worldwide norms”, an administration spokesperson said in a tacit acknowledgement that a few sort of dialogue is taking place on the nuclear issue.

He said that “by involving Hurriyat, Pakistan’s public opinion will be easily satisfied”.
