Louis Rams vs Green Bay Packers: Full highlights and recap
The Rams were able to mostly contain Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay offense, four interceptions from Nick Foles doomed the Rams as they fell 24-10 to the Packers.

St. Louis outgained the Pack 334 to 322 and held the ball for almost 34 minutes. Another came on a play where his pass was deflected off one Green Bay defender into the arms of another. He hasn’t thrown an interception at home in 19 games and he’s thrown 48 touchdowns since his last interception at home.
Aaron Rodgers has been unstoppable as he has been effective each game finding his open runners to score touchdowns. He seldom gets brought down when the pocket collapses, and is often at his most risky when he rolls to his right or left. But no, our defense gave up two touchdown passes, so that’s not OK by me. The second was an off-target throw picked by Trumaine Johnson.
After jumping out to a 14-0 lead in the first quarter, the Packers’ offense was spinning its wheels at the start of the second half. That, in turn, allowed the secondary to make a few big plays against the frazzled quarterback.
The Green Bay Packers will host the St Louis Rams on Sunday in Week 5 of the National Football League 2015 regular season.
Naturally, Foles blamed himself – and only himself – for the four interceptions.
The long steak finally ended at 586 pass attempts at home, dating back to 2012.
Instead, he provided a blanket “I messed up” for all four interceptions. “That’s why you take the full week and make sure he’s ready”. That would send Barclay back to the bench, thus providing an immediate boost to the offensive line. On the next possession, Foles was intercepted again, with Rollins returning it 45 yards for a touchdown. The Packers’ run defense has been stout and should hold its own against Rams rookie sensation Todd Gurley, and St. Louis quarterback Nick Foles is a game manager in the mold of the Chiefs’ Alex Smith, who gave Green Bay little trouble in a 38-28 Packers’ victory.
It was not long until the Packers pass rush got to Foles again. “We were expecting it all week”.
The defense needs to stop Todd Gurley who didn’t look like a rookie last week against the Cardinals. Well, regardless of of what happens from this point on, New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady will be the last National Football League starting quarterback to throw an interception in 2015. “A lot of talented players”. Everyone knows how well the offense runs with Rodgers in charge, but Sunday’s game was a reminder of how crucial it is for Mike McCarthy’s squad to pull out wins when everything isn’t firing on that side of the ball. “They were doing everything they could”. Adams would have been nice to have for depth, but Green Bay can expect Cobb and Jones, along with tight end Richard Rodgers, to keep the passing attack going with its usual production. “So if I clean those up, the game will probably end up differently”.
Marshawn Lynch, Jamaal Charles and Carlos Hyde combined for 110 rushing yards against Green Bay over the past three games.
Ultimately, the Rams’ inability to put points on the board – aided by two missed field goals from Greg Zuerlein – crushed any chance for an upset.

None of the missed field goals was a chip shot. The “third quarter” of the season will consist entirely of NFC North games, two against the woeful Lions and one each against the Vikings and Bears, and the Packers already are firmly in control of the division.
