Allison Road Kickstarter cancelled, Team17 will publish it instead
That’s due to the fact it’s going to team up with indie publisher Team 17, as developer Lillith has announced on the Allison Road Kickstarter page.

Inspired by the acclaimed and later fully-cancelled demo PT, Allison Road is a narrative-driven survival horror game aiming for intimacy and “disturbing gameplay”.
The Allison Road Kickstarter is officially canceled just weeks after its launch, but that’s not a bad thing for the studio behind the game.
“We have made a decision to withdraw the Kickstarter campaign to allow us to commit 100 percent to an opportunity that will give us the chance as a team to create the best game possible”, a Kickstarter update reads.
“We are delighted to announce that we will be joining Team17’s highly successful games label”, Lilith said via Kickstarter.
For those unaware, Team17 is a video game company from the United Kingdom that is primarily known for the Worms franchise. Have a watch of Allison Road’s Kickstarter videos.
As for those who pledged in the hope of getting something special, the studio says they’ll be looking for ways to involve others outside of Kickstarter at a later date. Thankfully, that’s because Team17 has swooped in to publish and finance the game.
The immediate future will see the dev team go into stealth mode so it can “focus on making Allison Road the best horror experience it possibly can be”.

“The story really lends itself to a setting a lot bigger than simply the house, so we tried to come up with something that really is in stark contrast to the claustrophobia you will feel when you are inside”.
