Skype messaging, calling and video chat are now integrated into Windows 10, and you’ll find them in the Messaging, Phone and Skype video universal Windows apps. Windows 10 has been a massive success – in all possible terms.

Microsoft also said that Windows 10 has generated twice the engagement and four times the revenue on a per user basis compared to its predecessor Windows 8.x.
Of course, licensing is the murkiest subject of all as we have seen on SuperSite for Windows since before Windows 10 was released so I have reached out for clarity on these terms and will update this post if I learn anything else.
Still, even carefully selected positive data can be useful. Windows 10 Insider Preview 10565, first preview since September 18, comes with a ton of major improvements and feature enhancements. The Start menu is an essential part of Windows 10, and it’s no secret that Microsoft is trying really hard to capitalize on this feature and show everyone that it cares about their feedback by improving it based on the suggestions it received.
And if you’re having trouble with registration, you’ll be happy to know Microsoft has changed the activation process so that users can now enter a Windows 7, 8 or 8.1 key in order to activate Windows 10, as long as that key was previously used on the same system.

Microsoft has always had a few of the world’s best handwriting recognition technology – although it didn’t do much to showcase it. Now, Cortana can read through your handwritten notes and not only recognize what the words are, but in many cases turn them into reminders by noting locations, times, and numbers.
