Dolphins and Colts Could Look Into Signing Sean Payton After This Season
Multiple teams, including the Miami Dolphins, will inquire about the availability of New Orleans Saints coach Sean Payton after the 2015 season, ESPN reported Sunday.

The Dolphins are now led by interim head coach Dan Campbell, while Chuck Pagano is seemingly on the hot seat in Indianapolis.
The Colts are another leading team interested in the Saints coach, according to the report. The Colts aren’t that bad, but they’re not as good as they ought to be. And because Payton is still under contract, the Saints would be in line to receive compensation if he does leave New Orleans. In that scenario, Payton may prefer to seek out a potential contender rather than begin anew with the Saints. Campbell played tight end for the Cowboys when Payton was Dallas’ offensive coordinator and ended his playing career under Payton in New Orleans.
Payton is under contract until 2017, so a trade or a firing would have to happen for him to switch teams.
The Saints went 7-9 previous year and started 1-3 this season.

But these rumors that seem to pop up unexpectedly should be just as swiftly thrown out by fans of the Saints as well.
