Trump predicts Democrats’ debate will be boring
“Let’s be honest: Donald Trump truly is a ratings machine”. Lindsey Graham’s sense of humor and smarts.

– Complete with stories of hashing out compromises with New Jersey’s Democratic-controlled Legislature, Gov. Chris Christie was in his element Monday at a bipartisan gathering in the first-in-the-nation presidential voting state of New Hampshire. “And whether or not they do it in practice is not really dependent on the people here, but I think everyone here at least pays lip service to cooperation”. Considering all of them were presumably trying to find common ground, the contrast was still pronounced.
Three other candidates – Martin O’Malley, Jim Webb and Lincoln Chafee – will join them on stage.
“What we’re hoping to hear is not just what these candidates intend to do but how they are going to do it”.
“This is a new way of leadership that people are demanding”, he said.
In theory, this is a great idea, an attempt to break the gridlock in Washington, a gathering to stop the leaning, left and right, that makes us resemble passengers on a roller coaster. We don’t create anything. He praised the days of Tip O’Neill and Ronald Reagan, where leaders “got things done”.
O’Malley also emphasized personal relationships.
“You can’t have it all your way you’re going to try to pull a few people in”.
“I respect women, and I’m going to take care of women”, Trump said.
When another questioner asked whether Trump’s divisive language undermines his ability to solve problems, the candidate replied, “I went to Ivy League schools, I know what’s divisive and what’s not divisive”.
“I have not gone after my Republican opponents at all, not even a little, they go after me”, he said. He added he is running against a huge GOP field. “Many. Too many people”.
Former U.S. Sen. Joe Lieberman, one of the co-chairs of No Labels, said Trump’s success stems from the same place as the No Labels organization, which promotes action in Congress around a non-partisan agenda.
Then, Trump interrupts him permanently and says the phrase, “It’s peanuts” around ten times. “Those same emotions and opinions are exactly what led to the creation of No Labels”. “Please, please”, she said, “Don’t make today all about Donald Trump”. He came across as very direct, fudging only on one question, whether he supported full voting rights for the District of Columbia. Maybe more than one. After a day of speeches, the voters in the hall weren’t any closer to embracing any one candidate than the politicians in Washington were in sorting out the tumult on Capitol Hill. Both are campaigning here on a steady diet of town hall forums meant to show off their strengths as communicators. “You want to get money out of politics?”
“We didn’t expect tones to change immediately”, Huntsman said in an interview. Several Iowans attended, including state Sen.

“Nobody else talks about the polls – they don’t do well”, Trump said. “We have a Constitution, we have institutions, democratic governance, and the only way to fix that is to get humans to stand up and address the issues”. Only two men without previous time in major elective office or the military have been president, Herbert Hoover and William Howard Taft, and both had held Cabinet posts. Johnson noted that he’s a good fit for voters in primaries in the South, where he’s been diligently organizing and spending time.
