Lauren Batchelder, Jeb Bush volunteer, confronts Donald Trump on women’s rights
A young woman who confronted Donald Trump on Monday with a question about his respect for women is tied to the campaign for one of his opponents in the Republican primary race: Jeb Bush. Lauren Batchelder challenged Trump on his treatment of women without revealing that she volunteers for the Bush campaign.

So if Batchelder is a plant, she maneuvered Trump into … proclaiming his pro-life creds in front of a potentially hostile audience? “So if you become president, will a woman make the same as a man and do I get to choose what I do with my body?”
“You’re going to make the same if you do as good a job, and I happen to be pro-life, ok?”
“Like many in New Hampshire, Lauren is a student at St. Anselm’s who is passionate about and active in politics and attended this event on her own accord”, Allie Brandenburger, a spokeswoman for Mr. Bush, told CNN.
Taking a parting shot at Trump, Miller said “we are amused how sensitive he is to getting challenged by women” and Jeb Bush regularly takes tough questions without “complaining”. The aide said she volunteers at events as she has for other candidates in New Hampshire.
A blog known as TheConservativeTreeHouse.com is enjoying a ton of traffic today after The Drudge Report pointed to a story they uncovered regarding a Jeb Bush operative trying to plant a storyline on Donald Trump. “I’m pro-life”, responded Trump. Bush and his GOP presidential rivals are united in their calls for repealing the Affordable Care Act, but have been unable to find agreement on what should replace it. Experts say any plan to repeal the federal mandates and reduce insurance subsidies under the current law would reduce the number of uninsured. The number of people without health insurance coverage declined to 33 million in 2014, down from 42 million in 2013, according to the latest Census figures.
By Tuesday, both campaigns were engaged in a full-fledged Twitter battle over Batchelder. And he slammed Democratic presidential candidates Bernie Sanders and Hillary Rodham Clinton for supporting the Affordable Care Act.
“The arrogant young woman who questioned me in such a nasty fashion at No Labels yesterday was a Jeb staffer!”
On her LinkedIn profile, she describes herself as a “campaign internet” for Jeb Bush.

“Ms. Batchelder is not just an average audience member”, the website said, pointing to a tweet she had posted.
