Georgia’s Chubb out for the year
Georgia’s loss to Tennessee and the injury to star running back Nick Chubb already dropped the Bulldogs, but the suspension of Florida quarterback Will Grier also leaves the Gators in a precarious spot facing a trip to No. 6 LSU (7 p.m. on ESPN).

“It changes to a certain degree, but Sony ran it in there between the tackles”, Richt replied when asked about changes to the game plan following Chubb’s injury. “I think they’ll bounce back from that miserable loss last week to Alabama”.
“He was playing his tail off”, Richt said of Davis.
Richt said Michel will be “the primary guy” but will be watched closely to see if he can handle as many carries as Chubb.
This isn’t the first time Hicks has cross-trained at tailback. This week, so far, is a pretty good start to that mission.
A trusted pass-blocker could be especially important this week against Missouri, which leads the SEC in pass defense and is third with 18 sacks.
National Basketball Association Hall of Famer John Stockton (celebrity picker): “I’ve no particular reason, but I’m gonna take Tennessee, just kind of as a flier”. “[Chubb]’s probably one of the best in the country. We just have to execute and bring all the pieces together and get the job done”.

The Bulldogs had two non-offensive touchdowns, getting one on LB Leonard Floyd’s 96-yard fumble return and a second on Davis’ 70-yard punt return. “I wish him and his family a wonderful retirement”, Richt said. Yes, I know that it’s hard to forget about what happened to Chubb, which is just downright very bad.
