Islamic State urges jihad against Russians, Americans: audio
Iraq, Iran, Syria and Russian Federation have formed an intelligence-sharing center in the Iraqi capital, Baghdad, in their fight against Takfiri terrorists wreaking havoc in the region.

Iraqi Defence Minister Khaled Al-Obeidi and a Russian military delegation held an official meeting in Baghdad yesterday, the first of its kind for joint security coordination purposes in the context of the quadrilateral coordination between Russia, Iraq, Iran and Syria.
He added that the center comprises six staff members from each country and that it has already been operational for about one week.
On September 30, more than fifty Russian aircraft and helicopters, including Su-24M, Su-25 and Su-34 warplanes, started precision airstrikes on Islamic State targets in Syria at the behest of Syrian President Bashar Assad.
“We find it extremely useful”, the Iraqi official said.
A recent audio message distributed to Islamic State sympathizers this week called on youth across the world to carry out attacks against the USA and Russian Federation.
The audio message also confirmed the death of Abu Mutaz Qurashi – who was blown up in a USA air strike near Mosul on August 18.
Adnani went on to argue that “Russia will be defeated”, adding that the United States is attempting to “to forge an alliance with the devil”.
Iraq’s government claims that the United States lacks the resolve to eliminate Islamic State.
US-led air strikes on IS militants who control a third of Iraq, have failed to turn the tide in Iraq’s conflict, which has sapped the OPEC oil producer’s finances and fuelled sectarian bloodletting.
The first drone to be used by the Iraqi Air Force, loaded with ordnance, prepares to take-off to raid Islamic State group positions at an airbase in Kut, 100 miles (160 kilometers) southeast of Baghdad, Iraq, Saturday, October 10, 2015. Security officials later said Baghdadi had not been in the convoy.

“The Iraqi government wants to do this in a way that doesn’t look like they’re pushing the Americans away,” he said.
