During the recent Women in The World conference in London, the supermodel got candid about her struggles with depression, confessing that she was “completely suicidal” as a teen.

When asked about her beginnings, Cara talked about how early issues in school led her to drop out to pursue a career in modeling. The superstar model was not afraid to express her adorable annoyance and tweeted, “Dear paps, if you are in my way, I have the right to move you”. She stated: “I think I pushed myself so far [at school] in that I got to the point where I had a mental breakdown”. I have very bad learning disabilities.

“I think when you’re eating or when you’re in a bathroom”. I wanted the world to swallow me up, and nothing seemed better to me than death, which is completely insane.

Cara’s clearly found a friend in the 41-year-old.

Speaking about her first year in modelling, Delevingne said “there were elements which were fun, because there’s this sort of camaraderie of people not being successful and you can complain about all the people who are rude to you, but it wasn’t nice”. “And I’ve now been able to become a support for other people, as well”.

It was also reported that Cara made an explanation regarding the incident on her Twitter account. The model even threatened all paparazzis that one day, she will find out where they live, emerge in their houses and camp out just to take photos of them.

With the help of therapy and anti depressants, she also went on to say that it was actually supermodel Kate Moss who “kind of picked me up off the floor”.
