Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday will meet the family members of legendary freedom fighter Subhash Chandra Bose at his official 7, Race Course Road (RCR) residence here.

Prime Minister Modi can be meeting the family members of Netaji at the moment at his residence the place it’s anticipated that they might be requesting him to declassify all information associated to Netaji’s mysterious disappearance 70 years in the past. “Whereas the current Prime Minister is feeling honoured to call and invite Netaji’s family at his residence”, BJP leader Siddharth Nath Singh told ANI. Once the family members meet the PM, the Centre could accede to a few of their demands pertaining to declassification of the documents.
Describing it as a momentous occasion for him, he had said that it would perhaps be the first time that the family members of Netaji would be together visiting the Prime Minister’s residence.
Recently, West Bengal government had declassified all the 64 files related to Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose and it has now created pressure on the central government to do the same. They all have classified files relating to him. He further added that the present government under the leadership of Narendra Modi will put “Satyamev Jayate” which is written in constitution of India, into practice.
Mr. Bose said there was enough evidence to debunk the air crash theory that had been established to declare Netaji as deceased.

According to reports, Netaji’s family is going to gift PM Modi a jacket with Netaji’s image printed on it. It has been specially specially by a Kolkata-based fashion designer.
