United States women’s soccer to play China in victory tour finale December. 16
The U.S. Women’s National Team will conclude its 10-game victory tour with a game against China PR on December 16.

The USWNT plans on playing four exhibition games in December.
The Americans have 33 wins, eight losses and 13 ties against China. The coming trip marks the team’s first return to New Orleans since 2003, when the team played at Tad Gormley Stadium. People can purchase tickets before the general public by joining the U.S. Soccer Supporters Club for its ticket presale.
Ticket information has yet to be released.
Previous stops on the victory tour included: Heinz Field in Pittsburgh, Pa.; Finley Stadium in Chattanooga, Tenn.; Ford Field in Detroit, Mich.; Legion Field in Birmingham, Ala.
Before the team makes it to The Big Easy, it will play Brazil on Oct. 21 at CenturyLink Field in Seattle and Oct. 25 at the Orlando Citrus Bowl in Central Florida.

Championship game-scorer Lauren Holiday has a connection to the city thanks to her husband, Jrue, being traded to the Pelicans in 2012 and has been pushing for New Orleans to get in on the victory tour.
