Two mines have fallen on the territory of the Russian embassy compound in Damascus on Tuesday, TASS reported.

“It is a clear act of terror meant to scare supporters of fighting terrorism”, Lavrov told reporters in Moscow, after two rockets struck the Russian embassy compound.
In May, one person was killed by mortar rounds that landed nearby.
“When we heard the sound, a few of us fled while others stayed”, said the witness. Al-Golani added that the Russians are not targeting ISIL fighters as they claim but are striking at rebel groups who are fighting the government.
The civil war has killed more than 250,000 people and displaced half of Syria’s population.
Two rockets slammed into the complex as the demonstrators waved Russian flags and pictures of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Insurgents are believed to have hit the Russian embassy in Syria on Tuesday October 13, 2015.
“The Russian intervention came to declare a new eastern Crusader war after the western Crusader war failed in Syria”, al-Golani said, in an apparent reference to airstrikes by the U.S.-led coalition that began past year.
The head of Al-Qaeda’s Syrian affiliate has called on jihadists in the Caucasus to attack Russian civilians and soldiers in retaliation for Moscow’s air strikes in Syria.
It also said supplies and thousands of Iranian fighters had reached Hmeimim airport in Latakia province, where all civilian flights have ceased and which is now used for military operations only. Meanwhile, the Russian airstrikes, in coordination with the Syrian army, have managed to destroy several Islamic State group command centers.

Jolani also offered “an amount of two million euros ($2.2 million) for whoever kills (Hezbollah head) Hassan Nasrallah, even if it is a member of his own family or sect”.
