With The X Factor going live from next weekend for judges’ houses – and the live shows the week after that – it’s not going to make for the most glamourous of scenes to see Caroline in a sling chatting to the hopefuls.
Caroline Flack suffered a painful-looking arm injury after falling off a bike today.
Earlier this month she tweeted: “Put my back out lifting a kettle bell and just fell asleep in a restaurant …”

Like, maybe she and Olly were practicing a dance routine for the X Factor live shows opening in the same way as our beloved Dermot O’Leary did, when Olly accidentally dropped her during the Dirty Dancing lift bit.
