We would like to hear your voice as Destiny fans to see if all of these words, especially those about micro-transactions, satisfy you in the face of menaces to game’s balance. At the moment players can only buy new emotes for their character, nothing which gives anyone an upper hand in gameplay.
The free 400 Silver can be expected by players upon launching. Luke Smith has acknowledged those concerns via his Twitter account where he has promised that Bungie is planning to not only increase the rewards for completing these challenging missions, but the amount of odd coins earned as well.
Here’s a breakdown of the latest “Destiny” update, including the addition of microtransactions and what it could mean for the future of the game. Stay tuned for more information on Nightfall reward fixes though. According to a report from Gamespot, despite the usual controversy regarding microtransactions in video games, the microtransactions in “Destiny” may generate millions of dollars in profit for the company per year.
Bungie says it plans to use the money towards giving players more and bigger updates with exciting new experiences.
The improvements to the user interface and quest system alone make the game so much more playable, but they quickly fade to the background once you dig into the content. And they didn’t just play the game, they found the biggest issues with the game and offered solutions.

For those players who are wondering what these paid emotes will be, “Destiny” released a few previews to give their fans a glimpse of what they will be paying for. It’s not too fast and yet it’s not so patronisingly simple that you’ll bugger off and watch Netflix instead.
