Marvel’s Next Netflix Series Could Be Moon Knight
According to Umberto Gonzalez, the rumour extraordinaire over at Heroic Hollywood, Marvel is actively planning to bring Moon Knight into the MCU fold, but as part of a Netflix-style TV series rather than a big-budget movie.

Marvel’s “Daredevil” has been described as Batman without the money, as blind attorney Matt Murdock (Charlie Cox) uses his hyperactive senses to avenge and honor the death of his father, a former boxer, by seeking justice in the courtroom – and on the streets as his Man without Fear alter-ego.
Now Daredevil’s second season is currently under production, and it will continue to, along with Jessica Jones, introduce more familiar faces from the Marvel universe such as Punisher (Jon Bernthal), Elektra (Elodie Yung) and Luke Cage (Mike Colter), the latter of which is getting his own series, premiering at a few point next year. And if Moon Knight joins them, you heard it from Gonzalez first. It’s one of the staples that they’re developing for their Netflix strategy. Marc’s story is insane, after leaving the Central Intelligence Agency he dies and comes back to life stronger than ever (depending on which phase the moon is in) and works as a bit of an anti-hero, but a hero none the less.
Gonzales didn’t give any further details, but he thinks that Marvel has agreed that Moon Knight would be a better fit for television than movies. Moon Knight isn’t someone to f-k with.
