This also marks the entrance of “Game of Thrones” star Maisie Williams. David played the Gibbis in the episode “The God Complex”, a rodent-like alien who encounters Matt Smith’s Doctor when he crash-lands in what appears to be an 80s hotel.

Meanwhile, Williams is still getting her fair share of acting opportunities as Guillermo del Toro has taken to social media and tweeted about his preference for the “Game of Thrones” star to join ‘Pacific Rim 2, ‘ if the sequel pushes through.
“I’m still trying to be a good role model, because whether I like it or not I do influence a lot of people”, Williams said. “I would definitely perform video tape but lost time period due the the fact i was at in America taking pictures another tape, consequently my cause labored pretty hard and despatched over plenty of footage clip – they actually liked one and provided the role”.

The young star also observed how the current Doctor Who series is maintaining the legacy of the classic series, which first aired back in 1963. Maisie added. “People say “don’t meet your idols as they never turn out to be who you want them to be”.
