Lady Gaga loves The Jinx just as much as everyone else
This week, the “Born This Way” singer made her television debut in the premiere episode of “American Horror Story: Hotel” as a countess with a penchant for drinking blood.

She asked her fiancé if it was okay for the singer to do TV too.
But besides Gaga and a slew of other characters set to give fans the chills, what else can we expect from the fifth story in the anthology series? “He does TV, that’s his thing”.
So unlike Coven and Freak Show, American Horror Story: Hotel is a bit more mysterious. “And he taught me all about etiquette and what actors would appreciate during their coverage”.
Plus Gaga is clearly loving every minute of being on the popular horror series – saying it’s been nice to let the cast to get to know her outside of her stage persona. Turns out, her fame is exactly why she does feel that way. It feels like Season 1 in many ways … and I think it’s because we’re back in LA. Matt was quick to mention again that doing sex scenes with Lady Gaga, or Stefani as he calls her, is actually pretty easy because she “is so intelligent, and gracious and down to earth”. “She was such a great pro about it. It’s one of my favorite things I’ve personally ever directed on the show because I like telling that whole story with no dialogue”.
But while several of these actors have singing experience, creator Ryan Murphy promised before the Season 5 premiere that there would be no musical numbers. I love the dichotomy of sex and horror at the same time.

Besides the show of skin, “American Horror Story: Hotel” would also have a lot of bloody scenes and other forms of terror because it is mainly a horror show. “She is just so approachable and unaffected by all her fame that when the cameras are rolling we can just be in character and play the scene out”. “But I was really awkward at auditions and couldn’t get a job so I pursued a career in music instead”.
