UCLA vs. Stanford 2015: Early Prediction, Betting Odds, Preview For Thursday’s

UCLA’s week-by-week mentality can sometimes border on absurdity. It’s a large disparity, particularly since Stanford have a 19-8 record over two seasons, compared to the Bruins’ 20-6 record.

Once again, the Colorado football team is headed for prime time. Will Kansas State make it two years in a row?

Expect this game to be a close one, but Stanford definitely has the edge.

The UCLA Bruins (4-1) travel north to The Farm to play the Stanford Cardinal (4-1) in a crucial Pac-12 showdown. With at least three-straight winnable games coming up, along with a faltering USC team, Arizona could be at eight wins before they face Utah and ASU in November. They are the bully on the playground, the monster in the closet. After the Stanford loss and the Oregon State win, though, I don’t think people will be taking Anu for granted any more. Despite the banner year, things soured a tad at the end of the season.

Wirth came up with another big stop within the first minute of the second half to keep the deficit at a single goal, but Stanford would score on a penalty kick in the 53rd minute to double the edge.

A win won’t be easy for either team, though, as UCLA and Stanford are both very talented teams.

These are not the things that Mora wants to dwell on. Liskevych said. “Everybody knows she’s getting the ball and she had only one error that whole match and had 14 digs and three aces – that’s a match”.

“We’re 0-0 against them this year”, Cardinal defensive back Kodi Whitfield said. “This game is going to be a special one”. Something about that tells me he’s going to have maybe his best game as a Bruin, especially because Thursday night games in Palo Alto have not been the most hostile road environments over the years. That being said, I see the Bruins giving everything on the playing field and making a stand enough to cover the spread. Coach Mora talks about it all the time.

Although they outgained the Utes on Saturday, Cal could not get out if its own way as the team had six turnovers, including five interceptions from the prodigious Jared Goff. But everyday, we are going to work the same. The success of Taylor in particular illustrates the skill set of the Stanford O-line, considering UCLA had a great defensive line to counter that during Taylor’s time and yet still could not contain their running attack. But perhaps nothing better encapsulates their philosophical rift than their current quarterbacks. Josh Rosen, who didn’t get a scholarship offer from Stanford despite his five-star status, has also seen week-to-week improvement in his debut season.

The college football world was rocked on Monday when USC fired head coach Steve Sarkisian and South Carolina coach Steve Spurrier announced he was retiring immediately at the age of 70. We wanted to go further in the tournament. We’ve sold that process to all of our guys. “I think you have to approach every game and every team every year as a different entity and that’s what we try to do”. Stanford did not offer the five-star quarterback a scholarship, and many say that was due to the teenager’s personality and ego. Take UCLA plus the points at +7.

The NU loss was put firmly on Shaw’s shoulders, namely for being overly conservative. “You can’t get them out of the gym”.
