$15K reward offered for information in toddler death

A US soldier from Kentucky has been charged with killing a 2-year-old boy and critically wounding an Army medic in an attack at a house in Clarksville, Tennessee, authorities said on Thursday.

Police near Nashville have arrested a Kentucky man in the fatal shooting of a 2-year-old boy.

The arrest came almost 24-hours after the state announced it was offering a $15,000 reward for information leading to an arrest.

A new “vehicle of interest” in the case was described as a white four-door auto that is believed to be a Lexus.

The shooting on October. 4 at a home in Clarksville also injured 22-year-old Brandon Jimenez, who is now in critical condition. Police said Alexander shot Jimenez several times and then intentionally shot the child. It has an “L” on the front of it, tinted windows and rectangular tail lights that are taller than they are wide.
