Bills’ LeSean McCoy set to return; Tyrod Taylor questionable

Whatever the issue was, they hopefully got it fixed in practice this week. McCoy also posted on Instagram Friday that he’ll be playing.

After being fired by New York this offseason, Buffalo was quick to scoop him up knowing he was the ideal fit for a team that’s biggest strength was in their defense, specifically the front seven.

“I just want to go out there and see what I can do”, McCoy said. “I feel like I’m healthy enough to go out there and perform”.

“The count down finally!!!!!!!” The Bills are completely hobbled on the offensive side of the football, but positive reports regarding their feature back, Tyrod Taylor and Sammy Watkins are welcome news for a team that’s needed it.

Coach Rex Ryan confirmed this week that Taylor has a sprained MCL in his left knee. “We’ll see what happens”. I can tell you this: He’s got heart, he’s got toughness and he’s got a lot of ability.

That can likely be taken with a grain of salt. Many believe he is trying to force the Cincinnati Bengals to prepare for both Tyrod Taylor and E.J. Manuel, with the likelihood still that Taylor will be sidelined.

Watkins has missed each of the past two games because of a calf injury but indicated earlier in the week he would play through the injury if necessary against the 5-0 Bengals.

McCoy, that’s who. So, it looks like he might push it a bit this week. In three games, he has 146 yards on 43 carries.
