Jurgen Klopp has described himself as “The Normal One” as he prepares to rebuild Liverpool into a side capable of challenging for the Premier League title.

They finished sixth last season and Klopp said: “This is one of the biggest problems you have here, in the island”.
In a press conference, Klopp said “It’s not a usual club, it’s a special club”.
What did you make of Klopp’s first press conference?
“I am not here only because Liverpool FC was calling”.
“I was a very average player, but became the manager of a very special club in Mainz”.
The 48-year-old waved goodbye to Borussia Dortmund in May after leading the club to two Bundesliga titles in a seven-year spell at the club.

However, if there’s one man Klopp can learn from in terms of European success with Liverpool then it is Benitez, who did just that in his opening season with the club. “I had a really good feeling with FSG and the other guys”.
