“I would dismantle him” – McGregor on Mayweather

It’s the fifth time in his UFC career that Aldo has pulled out of a bout with injury, but far and away the most devastating.

“Yay. Just got my A1 Visa to go to Las Vegas and sing Conor McGregor into his fight”, she wrote, followed by the hashtag “so many men in tight shorts so little time”.

“I think Chad Mendes is a substitute, the B level”, he said, during a hastily organized conference call on Wednesday afternoon, via Bleacher Report’s Scott Harris.

He was stripped of his bantamweight title after a series of injuries prevented him from competing for nearly three years, with the undisputed title then being passed down to interim champion Renan Barao.

“He’s pulled out of contests time and time again”. “Not only is this going to be fun to get in there and fight for the belt”.

The victor is expected to challenge Aldo before the end of the year after the top-ranked pound-for-pound fighter recovers from a rib injury.

If he beats Chad Mendes, the only thing he will have is a toy belt to show his drunk friends in his country’s bars, because that’s what an interim belt represents to me: a toy.

Back to the point, I see five glaring qualities in UFC 189 title challenger Conor McGregor that will see the Irishman, eventually at least, crowned the first UFC champion from his native land. McGregor believes Mayweather should look outside of the world of boxing for his next fight.

Well, Jose Aldo has just broken his silence. “You must be intelligent with your approach to training because 14-15 weeks out from a fight, you can not slug it out day in day out. the body gives out”.

Early odds for the new Mendes-McGregor match have McGregor a slight (-140) favorite, with Mendes returning at (+120).

“You can’t even pass guard”, McGregor said.

“Essentially the opponent is an illusion in there”, McGregor said. Mendes held, “If for whatever reason Conor wins, I’d like to get in there and beat the crap out of that guy and take the belt”.

The Irish fighter is also questioning if Aldo really wanted to face him in the first place. He will come into the McGregor fight on the back of a TKO victory over Ricardo Lamas. I am the champion, ‘ he added.

‘I would not want to face me either’
