As for the cast of LEGO Batman, Arnette will reprise his role as the Dark Knight, with his ultra-brooding and slightly delusional version of Bruce Wayne that was so popular in last years film. Dan Lin, Roy Lee, Phil Lord and Christopher Miller will all produce for Warner Bros. now that the trio have been instated as the shepherds guiding the studio’s LEGO franchise. In the comics, she eventually becomes a hacker takes on the mantle of Oracle after the Joker famously crippled her in The Killing Joke, but since this is a kid’s movie, they’ll likely be staying away from that whole mess. Is Rosario Dawson the right choice for Batgirl?
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Rosario Dawson has been cast as Batgirl in Lego Batman. The film is being directed by Chris McKay, who worked as an animation supervisor on The Lego Movie.

In fact, Dawson actually wrote a comic series of her own called O.C.T:Occult Crimes Taskforce so I see it as flawless casting. She voiced Wonder Woman in Justice League: Throne of Atlantis and Artemis in Wonder Woman, both direct-to-video animated features based on DC comics. She plays Claire Temple in the Marvel/Netflix series Daredevil, and will also portray the character on Luke Cage.
