Expect skies to be mostly clear, with southerly winds increasing today. Calm wind becoming south 5 to 8 miles per hour after midnight.

Tuesday: Sunny, with a high near 85.

There’s a 20 percent chance of showers Sunday afternoon and evening, and that increases to a 50 percent chance of rain on Monday in the Eugene-Springfield area, according to the National Weather Service in Portland.

Partly cloudy, with a low around 39. Low temperatures near: 52 in Beaumont, 53 in Orange and 54 in Port Arthur. Northwest wind around 14 miles per hour. West wind 3 to 6 miles per hour.

Thursday: Mostly cloudy with a few isolated showers possible. Northwest wind 5 to 9 miles per hour.

The start of the work week will bring continued warm and dry conditions, with highs on Monday and Tuesday reaching the lower to mid 80s.

Friday night: Mostly clear, with a low around 57.

Wednesday: Partly sunny and mild.
