Liv Becomes a Housewife on Tonight’s ‘iZombie’

Fortunately for them the executive producer of the show himself, Rob Thomas, has been more than generous in giving out teasers on what more is in store for “iZombie” season two.

The previous season saw Michalka’s character, Peyton, leaving her and Liv’s residence when she found out that Liv was actually a zombie. With that, fans have been wondering if Peyton will be back to rekindle her friendship with Liv. Thomas also stated that there will be no Peyton-Ravi loveteam that is going to happen in Season 2. However, one person would certainly have a hard time in season two at least according to Thomas.

During an interview, however, Thomas did share that the two will see each other again.

“We made the decision that when Peyton comes back, they won’t fall into a relationship because they’re both going in different directions”, Thomas said. Peyton was working at the district attorney’s office as an assistant and in the upcoming season, she will be working with the Utopium task force. According to TV Guide, the synopsis for the third episode was already revealed.

“iZombie” airs every Tuesday exclusively on CW.

Despite a lack of Big Bad ex-zombie and fan favorite Blaine in last night’s episode “Real Dead Housewife of Seattle”, iZombie fans got a substitute twofer: the return of former-ish BFF Peyton (Aly Michalka)-who disappeared from Seattle after discovering Liv’s (Rose McIver) secret (zombie) identity-and the appearance of the even Bigger Bad, the corporation Max Rager. Meanwhile, Peyton Charles has returned to Seattle, which shocked Moore and Ravi Chakrabarti.

In “Real Dead Housewife of Seattle”, Liv eats the brains of a recently murdered trophy wife who was pushed to her death from the balcony of her stunning architectural home in the hills by a hired hit man.

IGN has an exclusive clip from the episode, as Liv shows off her current persona as a Pinot Grigio-sipping, fashion and status obsessed type.
