Donald Trump Mocks Ben Carson After His Surge in Iowa
Carson said he wasn’t surprised to be leading Trump, but did concede he was slightly surprised to see the numbers were so high. Marco Rubio, at 9 percent.

Donald Trump may have lost his grip on Iowa, as the second poll in two days shows the billionaire Republican presidential candidate trailing Ben Carson in the state that kicks off the nominating process. The group announced Thursday it would shut down after the Trump campaign denied it ever gave the PAC its blessing.
“There’ll be ups and downs”, Carson said of the polls.
“After much thought I have made a decision to end my campaign for president today”, he said, before calling for the United States to stop getting involved in wars overseas, which had been a key message of his campaign. “I don’t want any money”. It is one thing to chip in $1 million or so; it is quite another to spend tens of millions. While she appreciates what she views as Carson’s honesty and believes he could heal racial divisions in the country, she believes Trump is the most credible change agent. (And we should, of course, remember that all four recent Iowa caucus winners – Rick Santorum in 2012, Barack Obama and Mike Huckabee in 2008, and John Kerry in 2004 – surged in the polls extremely late.) But for now, being the first candidate to dethrone Donald Trump is a pretty impressive accomplishment. Trump arrived in Jacksonsville, Fla. The real Donald Trump is set to host the long-running comedy on November 7. It’s a spot held this year by only two others: Trump and Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker, who dropped out of the race last month after a rapid decline in polling.
“We got the mojo rolling right now”. He denies that his position is a position of amnesty, but he said he would work to find a way to make those workers legal citizens.
I mean, it’s the other never-elected political outsider known for making inflammatory statements. “We’ll do anything to help ’em”, Indianos said, but added that he would stop his operation if the campaign asked him.
“I don’t know what the hell is going on there”, he said. “Rubio, waaaaay back”, Trump said.
At the rally on Saturday, Trump repeatedly ignored questions about super PACs or his campaign finance reform plans. On Friday, he said because he is self-funding the bulk of his campaign to be the Republican Party’s nominee for the November 2016 presidential election, he is not beholden to special interests.

Taking what seemed like a subtle jab at Trump, though not mentioning him by name, he said showing his energy level “doesn’t require a lot of jumping up and down and screaming”. A third survey of likely Republican caucus-goers in Iowa conducted by the Believe Again PAC also found Carson leading Trump 28-20 percent.
