Voters have until Wednesday to request a mail ballot if they want to vote from home.

The Virginia Department of Elections states all election offices within the state might be open for in-person absentee ballot voting Saturday. In Cuyahoga there are now just over 77,000 ballot requests. “If they wait until election day, only electronic voting will be available”. To date over 1,100 Cuyahoga County voters have cast ballots early at the Board of Elections. The ballot application deadline: all ballot applications must be received by the Board of Elections on, or before October 31st at noon.
Voters simply fill out the ballot and drop it in the mail; no return postage is necessary.
Anyone who needs to change their mailing address should contact the Elections Office.
All registered voters who live in Dawson County will be able to mark early ballots in the statewide Constitutional Amendment election.
Early voting numbers are still down in Marion County for the municipal election, although they did have a surge in voters Saturday.
