MTV Is Live Streaming The 2015 EMAs As A Virtual Reality Experience
In addition to the performances, MTV pointed out that Justin Bieber would also appear in the show and could possibly perform one of his new songs from his upcoming album.

“I’m excited to share this performance and this new material with my fans around the world”, Bieber said in a press release. The EMAs are always a blast. “This technology lets fans who can’t be at the show experience it as if they are right in the middle of the action”.
The evening’s festivities will be hosted by Ed Sheeran and OITNB star Ruby Rose. Past year the singer took home the best male award as well as best Canadian act.
The talent list is heating up for what is set to be an explosive edition of the MTV EMAs, with Pharrell Williams, Ed Sheeran and Rudimental, Ellie Goulding, Jason Derulo, twenty one pilots, Tori Kelly, James Bay, Jess Glynne, Macklemore and Ryan Lewis and Andrea Bocelli previously announced as performers.
Following on from the success of streaming the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards (VMA) in 360 degree video in August, the company is now doing the same for the 2015 European Music Awards (EMA). The network is going to live stream the ceremony’s red carpet pre-show and main show in 360-degree VR upon its airing this Sunday night.

The MTV EMAs will be broadcast live across the globe and on MTV (DStv channel 130) on Sunday 25 October at 21:00 CAT.
