YouTube has advised partners that their clips won’t be viewable on the public, ad-supported service if they don’t participate in the paid commercial-free version.

Tech Times reported that YouTube will launch its new service on October 28 after multitudes of fans demanded that they want to watch their favorite videos uninterrupted.

If you are streaming music on YouTube Red on your phone and want to open other apps, you can set background play so that you keep the music playing as you do other things. Many movie studios and TV networks are also weening themselves off YouTube and launching their own video services and asking for another $10 per month. “Introducing YouTube Red-a new membership created to provide you with the ultimate YouTube experience”.

Would you pay to watch YouTube programming if it didn’t include advertising?

But, it isn’t just Vessel which YouTube is going to be up against.

That being said, the deal that YouTube is offering its partners (a majority of the cash generated by Red subscriptions) seems generous enough at first glance.

Wondering what would happen to that $7.99 Google Play Music price you locked into in the early days, now that YouTube Red is about to launch? YouTube creators, on the other hand, are kind of pissed about YouTube Red. The only case where ads can slip through is when they’re embedded directly into a video by the content creator, as YouTube has no control over those. More time to watch videos, instead of ads, is more time to watch videos. It believes that YouTube will contribute to 3 percentage points in the revenue growth for Google Website and will also play an important role in compensating for the decline in search growth in the coming years. Subscribers will also be able to download videos for offline viewing. “From our perspective, it kind of depends on how people end up feeling about the product”, says Hank Green, one half of the YouTube duo “the vlogbrothers” and co-founder of the online video conference VidCon.

“People are embracing paid subscriptions for ad-free content at an incredible pace”, said Mr Robert Kyncl, chief business officer at YouTube.

To allow creators to participate in new revenue from Red subscriptions, YouTube began sending out new contracts to them nearly six months ago to sign new terms.
