Police are investigating the robbery of the Associated Bank on Cottage Grove Road in Madison. A statement from the Davenport Police indicated that a black man in his 30s walked into the bank and gave the teller a note demanding money. A man matching the same description tried to rob Northwest Bank at 1454 W. Locust Street about three hours earlier.

Manchester police are looking for a man who robbed a local TD Bank Saturday afternoon. The man left the second bank with an undisclosed amount of money.
The suspect is described by police as a tall, dark-skinned male wearing a black sweatshirt, dark jeans and sneakers.
