Q: If I’m not in the Overwatch beta test, can I still test voice chat? Blizzard said before that it may make the beta available to everyone on weekends.

Most gamers these days resort to third party apps to assure excellent communication between themselves and their friends. However, that places a particular emphasis on “friends”. Players will be invited to the test, making it a closed affair, but more players will be invited as time goes on. It’s a vital component of shooters, such as “CounterStrike: Global Offensive”, or “Call of Duty”.
As per earlier report, Blizzard is presently coming up with team of interested parties to form the nucleus of its beta testers for the beta version of Overwatch. Of course, upcoming Battle.net voice chat support will be optional to use, and hopefully, players will soon see an “appear offline” feature to the client as it expands further. Match-based squabbles with team-based objectives play as backdrop to a number of unique characters with special powers. If voice chat is enabled, players will want to be able to turn it off and appear offline to other people.
However, the entire system can not crumble just because of a bad few apples.

And, according to the company, this “will lay the foundation” for them to test its functionality.
