The Iowa State Patrol has issued an AMBER Alert for a 13-year-old girl out of Ottumwa, Iowa. She is believed to be with 19 year old Kevin Toala Ramirez.
The case is still being investigated.
The Iowa Department of Transportation tweeted that the girl and the suspect were located in Georgia.
According to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, Johnstone left with Ramirez.

Ramirez is a Hispanic man, standing 5 feet, 6 inches tall with black hair.
The newspaper reported that Ramirez was believed to be heading back to Florida when he and the juvenile were found.

They were last seen driving a yellow 2001 Nissan Frontier with Florida license plate #ERZB06.
