Texas fan trolls Oklahoma with a pretty disgusting cake
It was devastating, however, and we’re very concerned that although the team’s saying all the right things this week, they’re broken. Routed 50-7 on the road at TCU, Texas rebounded with a resounding upset win over Oklahoma. Bevo XIV, the Texas mascot since 2005, died on Thursday of cancer.

“Ever day I look at our 2-4 record, and it makes me mad”. I am sure that he will be replaced by the time that Texas rolls into Waco later in the season though. Simply put, the Pokes are supposed to win this game. The biggest key will be the third down conversions, and the Red Raiders are terrific at that.
Oklahoma State’s offense, which is tied for 25th in the nation with an average of 463 yards per game, against Kansas’ defense, which has surrendered 559.8 yards per contest, ranking 124th. Tech’s offense just couldn’t seem to click though even with a 3-score lead.
The second half opened with a Tech punt, a Kansas fumble by QB Ryan Willis on a sack and a Tech missed field goal. More sloppy play, but Kansas was hanging in there. I thought they dug a lot of balls. However, that wasn’t enough to keep the playoff committee from deciding that all the other one-loss teams, which were coincidentally all big-name programs, belonged in the playoffs over TCU and Baylor.
To say that Bob Stoops and his Sooner squad wanted to make a statement in this game is a bit of an understatement.
No. 12 Oklahoma State finished the first half of its schedule as one of 14 undefeated Football Bowl Subdivision teams at 6-0. It builds up to a three-week November stretch when the Bears host Oklahoma, before going to Oklahoma State and TCU.
Expect this to be even crazier than last season when the conference with “One True Champ” crowned two teams – Baylor and TCU – as co-champions. The surprising thing about the start was Iowa State. This of course had a lot to do with the Iowa State offense, but no need to split hairs. Just check back a couple of weeks in Longhorn history. Another binge looms Saturday against the Cyclones. They shut out Iowa State the last three quarters in Ames. He rushed for five touchdowns with 440 total yards on the ground. After a bye week, WVU travels to face TCU next Thursday. I think we will continue to see more and more new plays as the games continue to get tougher. Rudolph’s 1,892 passing yards is 16th in the nation. In this event, the tie would be decided against the next highest team (likely Oklahoma). Defenders had trouble even touching him in space much less tackling him. But, whether that translates to a victory during the rest of the season is debatable, however as the games won’t get any easier during the rest of the season. The two teams have a combined five players ranked in the top-75 nationally in hitting percentage. The only problem is that TCU and Baylor are not Ohio State.
Game 3 started off just as competitive as the one before, with K-State taking an early 5-1 lead. Playoffs? That’s now a dream too hard to reach, but Jim Harbaugh showed how competitive and dominant his team can be against the best in the conference.
K-State senior defensive Marquel Bryant approaches TCU quarterback Trevone Boykin as TCU offensive tackle Halapoulivaati Vaitai comes in for a tackle during the football game between K-State and Texas Christian University on October. 10, 2015 in Bill Snyder Family Stadium.
