According to GSM Arena, this 5.7-inch screened device would reportedly be just 5.9 mm thick, about 23 percent thinner because of its version of the Sony IMX240 snapper used in the Korean giant’s Galaxy S6 & S6 Edge. Samsung released that Galaxy A7 in February this year, with lower specs than the A8, and this phone has yet to have an worldwide release. The Galaxy S6 lineup boasts Samsung’s first built-in wireless-charging batteries. On the other hand, Samsung is widely expected to unveil the Galaxy Note 5 at the IFA in early September, and also rumored to launch the Galaxy S6 Edge Plus alongside the highly awaited phablet.

The research company says that 94.4 per cent of customers were upgrading from a previous smartphone, with only one in twenty people being new to smartphones. The camera is a 16 Megapixels in the rear with real-time HDR and a f/1.9 aperture lens, and 5 Megapixels in the front.

Carolina Milanesi, chief of research at Kantar Worldpanel ComTech, said the Galaxy S6 became the third best-selling smartphone in the United States after the iPhone 6 and the Galaxy S5.

The aforementioned report further claimed that LG has doubled its share in the U.S. smartphone market, year over year. The smartphone which may be the Samsung Galaxy A8, has already passed through the Federal Communications Commissions (FCC) and the Telecommunication Equipment Certification Center or TENAA. Moreover, a Super Amoled Display, Waterproof Technology, 5G Network Connection, Infrared Sensors, and Google’s upcoming Android M OS and a revamped TouchWiz skin are also expected to be included in Galaxy S7 awesome features.
