Cobalt Delayed Until February 2016
You’re probably already familiar with Cobalt – a game published by Mojang and developed by Oxeye Game Studio. The developing team has added that they want every part of the Cobalt game to be fully functional such as the online multiplayer, local, challenges, campaigns etc. This is why Cobalt will need an extra four months to feel safe before the game hits PC, Xbox 360, and Xbox One.

It seems that Mojang, Oxeye Game Studio and Fatshark will keep working on this game for the next 4 months until the game will finally be ready to get released for the players. The post also predicts the game will be finished before the new release date but indicates console release complications will push the date to February.
Remember when Mojang announced that they were publishing a new game called Cobalt? Fans excited for “Cobalt” will now see the launch of the Mojang game on February 2016. “There are release windows, and certification things, and all kinds of boxes that need to be ticked before games can be released into the wild”.
The game has nearly finished its development; nearly because the game’s launch was supposed to be in October, but it has been delayed until much later. Note, as previously mentioned the video was made prior to the delay so the advertised release date is now incorrect. Poor ol” Cobalt is now going up against the likes of Deus Ex, Doom, Dark Souls and probably a few games that don’t start with a “D’ too.

“Cobalt” is now available for pre-order for €9.95.
