Police in Pennsylvania have released video of a robbery and assault that ended with a man being thrown onto the tracks of the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority’s Market-Frankford Line. They make a run for it with his backpack once the train car’s doors open to what appears to be an empty platform at Millbourne Station. He caught them and struggled with the suspects, according to the video. The victim is then pushed onto the tracks and the suspects flee the scene.
Police say it started Sunday when a passenger fell asleep on a train.
The video shows the female suspect tasing the victim. During the scuffle, the woman takes out a Taser and stuns the victim.
The other suspect then pushes the victim, forcing him onto the train track. “It is absolutely high voltage between 700 to 800 volts of electricity and it is just absolutely fantastic that he survived that he was not harmed”.

The man was taken to a hospital, where he was treated for non-life-threatening injuries and released, Busch said. He was last seen wearing a black knit hat, camouflage trousers, black Nike sneakers, a gray hooded sweatshirt and a white jacket. She carried a black purse. Anyone with information about the incident are asked to call SEPTA police at 215-580-8111.
