What do you think will happen in this unique episode? Dean goes to get Sam and the widow.

The Winchester brothers are set to roll out into the highway in the fourth episode of “Supernatural” Season 11, titled ‘Baby, ‘ which will take place entirely in Dean’s (Jensen Ackles) treasured 1967 Chevrolet Impala. In a way, that’s why it’s somewhat understandable when creative choices are ignored to go back to what works. On the other, it’s frustrating because sometimes the changes would have allowed for stronger stories playing on that brotherly relationship. Dean spots the waitress’ hairpin and uses it to free himself from the handcuffs while the Alpha discusses his reasons for creating more Nachzehrer recently.

This episode seems like it was designed with long-term fans in mind. The brothers’ Impala, which Dean calls ‘”Baby” will be in the limelight. It’s a attractive moment and really shows that Supernatural shines when stars Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles are given the room to do their thing. The two have been friends as long as this show has been on the air, so to say they’re comfortable acting off one another is the understatement of the year. Not even Castiel makes an appearance, although his voice can be heard on the phone in a series of hilarious gags.

Valet girl’s joyride was completely useless except for getting me mad at fictional girls, not that it matters if the girls scratched it. By the end of the episode the Impala is blood stained, missing a window, and sporting a ruined front end. It’s everything fans love about this show with nothing that we’ve come to dread from the later seasons.

“It was the first ever in 200-something episodes that we shot like that”.
